Tempo Advantage : Quality Audits
Tempo employs multiple quality review techniques. In addition to traditional back-end quality reviews; Tempo employs an innovative seeding process whereby quality-audit batches are inserted anonymously into the workflow. With this technique, an operator keys the batch assuming that it is a live batch. Tempo’s systems automatically identify every error made, if any, by comparing what the operator keyed to the zero-error batch. Feedback reports are generated as each batch is reviewed and feedback is immediately routed to the responsible teams and individual operators via the Shift Supervisor. Daily totals and statistics are tabulated at the end of the day.

Tempo has a dedicated QC team that is responsible for each project. The QC operators are trained with the Team Leaders and Production Supervisor during the initial production training. The QC operators report directly to the Production Supervisor whose constant concern is Quality and Speed.
